Herbs: From Garden to Plate

Learn to use your garden herbs from the potting, harvesting, and sautéing. We'll begin the evening with a potting workshop led by Sheila Fitzgerald. Chef Evan will then take over to provide a cooking workshop on how to implement those herbs into a favorite dish. Finally, we'll end the evening with a fantastic dinner and glass of wine.
